Whether you’re looking to delight little taste buds, please the in-laws, or just curb the alcohol yourself, our juice-filled mocktails are the juice treat that’ll conquer any event. Oh, and parents? You can forget the sore heads with these.
You don’t need to imagine the sun shining with our weather in the UK at present, and what’s better than a refreshing juice-filled ice cold drink? We vote nothing.
But what’s not so ‘summer feeling’ is the dreaded slog to work the day after those one or three tipples, that turned into a couple more (we’ve all been there).
That’s when a mocktail is the perfect choice for you. Satisfying the kids in the garden with the same drink as the ‘adults of the group’, now there is nothing better than that.
We’ve picked out our top five mocktails to get you through all the soirees this summer; and we can guarantee that they are all packed with Eager juice for extra tasty delivery, of course.
The perfect sweet, yet sour glass of fizz, this cocktail is oozing with our pineapple juice to give you the ultimate holiday feeling. Simply chop your coriander and place in a honey glazed cocktail shaker with the juice of a lime, 200ml of the Eager pineapple juice, and a good handful of ice. Shake together until the flavours combine, and the shaker feels cold to the touch. Strain into the glass, with some added ice, and divide 550ml of the Eager pineapple juice and soda water between the glasses.
- 1 tsp clear honey
- small bunch coriander leaves
- juice 1 lime
- 750ml Eager pineapple juice
- a handful of ice
- 400ml soda water
A simple non-alcoholic drink for the whole family, which will elevate your regular breakfast orange juice. Perfect for morning or night, this one’s the ideal accompaniment to the sunshine, and a people-pleaser alike. Grab an ice tray, and pour 400ml of Eager orange juice in, and freeze. Once frozen, place the ice cubes in a glass and slowly pour over the sparkling water and grenadine.
- 400ml Eager orange juice (approx) - frozen into ice cubes
- 800ml sparkling water
- 2 tablespoons grenadine syrup
This appletini tastes just as good as the original, even when you’re the designated driver for the night. Treat yourself or your little ones to the ultimate eloquent cocktail (mocktail), with our Eager apple juice infused drink of choice. The drink is an eclectic mix of our apple juice, a simple syrup, lemon juice, and fresh apple. Find your glass, dip the top into juice, and rim the top with a sugar coating. Then add all of the ingredients into a shaker (though, it’s fine without), and pour into the glass with a garnish of apple. It’s never been so easy!
- Granulated sugar, for the rim
- 120ml Eager apple juice
- 4 tablespoon simple syrup
- 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Apple slices, for garnish
Now this one really is what it says on the tin. Dedicated to the infamous bloody mary, this drink is never for the faint hearted. Maybe not quite for the children, but it’s certainly for the more sensible adults. Celebrate the tangy, savoury, spicy, and refreshing taste of this delicious beverage, and amp up the spice if you dare. Add the tomato juice and lemon juice into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Mix, then add the Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and hot sauce to taste. Garnish with a stick of celery, and voila. Enjoy.
- 350ml Eager tomato juice
- 60ml lemon juice
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 dashes hot sauce, such as Tabasco or Cholula
Last but not least, it’s the cranberry and ginger fizz mocktail. There’s something about a celebration or event that practically begs for cranberries, and this beverage is certainly a people pleaser. Fill an ice cold glass halfway with your Eager cranberry juice, and top up with ginger beer. If you’re feeling fancy you can garnish with lime. It’s the quickest, easiest and tastiest drink yet. Now that’s a yes from us.
- 500ml Eager cranberry juice
- 500ml Ginger Beer
- Crushed ice
