We’ve been seeing matcha everywhere lately and honestly, we were starting to feel a bit left out. So we decided to join the matcha party and give it a twist! Cue, the orange matcha. This fusion creates a unique, energizing drink that’s both calming and uplifting. We want to know, are you team matcha or not?
Here’s what you need:

1 tsp of matcha

120ml of your favourite milk—dairy or plant-based, your choice

120ml EAGER orange juice

1 tsp honey or sweetener (optional, but come on, a little sweetness never hurt anyone)
How to make it:

Pour 1 tsp of matcha into a bowl, and sift it like you mean it.

Add a splash of hot water and whisk away until you’ve got a frothy masterpiece. Use a matcha whisk, or just grab a milk frother.

Pour your milk and Eager orange juice into a glass, and add ice if you're feeling fancy.

Pour that whisked matcha over the top and give it a quick stir. You’re basically a pro at this now.

Throw a slice of orange on top for that extra "look at me, I’m sophisticated" vibe and grab a straw, because it’s more fun that way.
Maybe the idea of matcha still has you scratching your head. It's an acquired taste for sure but when paired with the right flavours (hello, EAGER orange juice), it could become your new obsession.
