Add some zest to your Easter cupcakes

You’ve got the basic vanilla down, but what if we told you there's a way to make your cupcake icing zing with citrusy goodness? Enter: EAGER Orange Juice. It’s the secret ingredient your treats never knew they were missing. Make them with the family or whip them up solo.

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 600g sugar

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 3 to 4 tablespoons EAGER Orange Juice

  • 2 tablespoons orange zest

Method:

  1. In a bowl, beat the softened butter with vanilla extract until it’s smooth and fluffy. 

  2. Slowly sift in the sugar and mix in the salt. Trust us, it’s the seasoning that makes this icing chef's kiss.

  3. Pour in 3 tablespoons of EAGER Orange Juice and the zest. Keep mixing until it’s perfectly smooth.

  4. Add another splash of EAGER Orange Juice and get it to your preferred consistency.
