ORDERS

HOW CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

If you’d like to make any changes to your order such as your shipping address, send us an email at info@eagerdrinks.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Yes, but you need to be quick as there’s only a small window of time before your order gets processed. Send us an email at info@eagerdrinks.com.

CAN I PICK A CUSTOM PACK?

Not yet. Hopefully soon you will be able to but the logistics are pretty complicated.

MY JUICE HAS BEEN DAMAGED

Oh no. Don’t worry. Drop us a line at info@eagerdrinks.com and a photo of the damaged goods and we’ll get back to you ASAP.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

It’s super simple, we send you juice every month. But don’t worry you can cancel anytime.

HOW DO I SUBSCRIBE?

Choose the individual flavour or mixed pack you want delivered every month. Then before you checkout choose Subscribe.

HOW DO I CANCEL?

You’ll need to log in to your account and then click the Manage Subscription link. Then click Cancel next to the products you don’t want anymore.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION?

Log into your account. Click the Manage Subscriptions link, and then click on the Address & Payment tab. On that tab, you can update your saved card and billing address.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY SUBSCRIPTION SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Log into your account. Click the Manage Subscriptions link, and then click on the Address & Payment tab. On that tab, you can update your shipping address.

DELIVERY

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Currently we only ship to the UK and the Isle of Man. Delivery to the UK is free. Delivery to the Isle of Man will incur standard delivery charges.

WHEN WILL MY JUICE ARRIVE?

As standard delivery takes 48 hours from purchase. We don’t ship on Saturday or Sunday so if you order over the weekend it will be processed on Monday.

WHERE IS MY JUICE?

Juice not arrived? Drop us a line at info@eagerdrinks.com with your details and we’ll get to work finding it for you.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

We ship with DPD. When we process your order you’ll receive a tracking number which you can use to track your juice.

CAN I RETURN MY JUICE?

If you’re unhappy with your delivery in any way please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do what we can to make things right. For full details on our returns policy please see our terms and conditions.

OUR PRODUCTS

Is it pasteurised?

Like most juice, ours is pasteurised. It goes through a process of Flash pasteurisation so the product can be preserved safely in the carton even at room temperature.

What is Not From Concentrate?

Not from concentrate means juice is 100% juice. It’s created by juicing the fruit without any water removal or reconstitution.

When juice is made from concentrate it goes through a complex process where the fruit is juiced, then filtered, extracted and evaporated to remove the water before pasteurisation. The water is then added back into the concentrated juice to be packaged and sold, sometimes with additional ingredients added, making it cheaper and easier to transport, package and store.

We believe not from concentrate means you get a tastier and healthier juice. That’s why almost all our juice is not from concentrate.

What is ambient juice?

Ambient just means that our juice can be stored at room temperature. This is because of our airtight cartons rather than any difference in the juice itself. It means our juice can have a long shelf life (up to 6 months) and doesn’t need to be refrigerated. Once opened, like all juice, it must be kept refrigerated and drunk within 5 days. 

SUSTAINABILITY

Ambient vs Chilled

The storage of juice depends on its packaging.

Ambient juice is packaged in airtight cartons which are reinforced with a sealed barrier to prevent oxidisation. This means it does not have to be chilled when stored or shipped, only once opened. 

Chilled juice is the same juice product but packaged in cartons which require it to be refrigerated at every stage of its lifecycle; from shipping, storage and before opening once purchased. 

All our juice is ambient. Because it uses less energy and is easier to store.

Less electricity

Our airtight cartons means our juice does not have to be chilled when stored or shipped, only once opened. Our ambient juice therefore uses far less energy and is more sustainable than its chilled equivalent for exactly the same quality product.

Fully recyclable

Our packaging is 100% recyclable - check locally for kerbside.
