Whether you’re a classic orange juice with pastry kind of person, or prefer porridge, coffee and a glass of apple juice, we’ve rustled up the ultimate breakfast juice pairings to get you through the day and keep you fuelled until lunch.
1) Porridge with Eager apple juice, pineapple juice or cranberry juice

Love tropical flavours? Grab a hearty bowl of Banana porridge with a glass of Eager pineapple juice. Enjoy dates, chia seeds, and coconut cream mixed with tasty wholegrain oats and freeze-dried blueberries and bananas.
Heat yours up on the stove with your milk of choice, and scatter with fresh bananas and a drizzle of golden syrup (optional). Enjoy with a chilled glass of Eager pineapple juice for the ultimate tropical delight 🍍

A luscious blend of dates, peanuts, coconut cream and freeze-dried strawberries folded into a mix of wholegrain oats. Cook yours up and serve with fresh strawberries, a drizzle of peanut butter, and serve with Eager apple juice 🍏

2) Beans on toast with Eager apple juice
The nation's classic, a British staple, part of our culture - it’s the infamous beans on toast.
And what better breakfast pairing than a chilled glass of Eager apple juice to wash it down with?
Give yourself an extra 5 minutes in the morning to toast your favourite crusty bread and serve with butter and a warm helping of baked beans on top – sprinkle with cheese if you’re feeling fancy – and you’re all done.
3) Croissants with Eager orange juice
Nothing says continental breakfast like a classic glass of Eager orange juice with your favourite croissant.
It’s a delicious speedy option for breakfast with a touch of je ne sais quoi, and can be enjoyed filled or plain. Slice and fill with jam if you have a sweet tooth, or fill with ham and cheese for something a bit more continental.
Fancy yourself a bit of a star baker? Making some delicious croissants from scratch may come easy to you.
Baking flaky, buttery French croissants will take skill, but we’ve found an authentic recipe here for you to try - bonne chance!
Ingredients (makes 24 small or 14 large croissants):

500g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting

20g fresh yeast

10g fine sea salt
-
50g caster sugar
-
2 large eggs (one for the egg wash)

125g cold whole milk
-
125g cold water
-
200g unsalted butter, straight from the fridge

All you need to do is bake for 20 minutes, and you’ll have the Pret All Butter Croissants you know and love at a fraction of the cost (and time!).
4) Banana oat pancakes with Eager pomegranate juice
By using rolled oats and bananas for natural sweetness, these oaty pancakes are the ideal choice for those who want to switch out their usual pancakes for something different.
Top with anything from Greek yoghurt and fruit, to agave, honey, or chocolate chips, and serve with a glass of Eager pomegranate juice to top it off.
This recipe is jam-packed with oats so it will set you up for a busy day with slow-release energy.
Ingredients (makes 8, serves 2):

125ml oat milk
-
2 eggs, separated
-
1 small banana
-
100g rolled oats
-
2 tsp baking powder
-
A few drops of vanilla extract
-
Oil, we used avocado oil spray

Greek yoghurt and fruit to top (or another topping of your choice)

Glass of Eager pomegranate juice
Method:
-
Put the oat milk, egg yolks, banana, oats, baking powder and vanilla in a blender and pulse to a smooth mixture
-
Whisk the egg whites to stiff peaks, then whisk 1-2 tbsp of the whites into the batter, and then fold in the rest
-
Heat a pan over medium heat and spray with cooking oil. Pour about 2 tbsp of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 mins, until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook the other side

Serve with your favourite toppings, and a glass of Eager pomegranate juice
