This vibrant, bittersweet aperitif shines just as bright in autumn/winter especially when it meets the juicy tang of EAGER Orange.

The EAGER Aperol Sour
You’ll need:
🍊60 ml Aperol
🍊30 ml gin
🍊15 ml sugar syrup
🍊15 ml Lemon juice
🍊30 ml EAGER Orange Juice
🍊1 egg white
How to make it:

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker without ice.

Shake hard for 20 seconds to build that beautiful froth.

Add ice and shake again until cold.

Double strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.

Garnish with a twist of orange peel or a dried citrus wheel.
